Ground packages will ship within 3 businesses days in most cases. Next day air & second day air orders placed by noon Eastern Time Mon-Fri will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Time will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Saturday delivery is only available when Next Day Air Saturday Delivery is selected at checkout. Next Day Air early AM applies to weekdays only and will be delivered before 8am, weather permitting. Shipping delays due to bad weather are obviously beyond our control.
PO Boxes & APO's: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO's.
Tracking: An e-mail with tracking information will be e-mailed when the order ships & will be sent at the end of the business day.
International: International customers must be prepared to pay import taxes upon delivery. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. If you would like to declare the item as a gift, please note this in the comment box. We ship Worldwide Expedited or Express to most countries. If you do not see your country listed in the pull down menu at checkout, please contact us to see if we might be able to add it to our list. Please see below for more info on international shipping.
Return to sender: It is the customer's responsibility to arrange to sign for the package if a signature is required by the carrier. If the customer is unable to sign then a pick-up at UPS will be required. All of our packages are insured. UPS will only leave a package at the door if they feel it is a safe location. Often times a signature will be required. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender". All "return to sender" packages will incur a $15 fee on top of the fees required to ship the item back to the customer.
We value our international customers and we do our very best to deliver your package promptly and economically. Please understand that we have no control over customs delays and import charges. The merchandise you order may be subject to custom import duties and taxes, which are determined once the shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are responsible for paying ALL additional charges for customs clearance into the destination country. Blueheavenboutique.com has no control over the amount of the customs import charges and cannot predict how much these charges may be. To find out more about the customs regulations in your country please contact your local customs office. Additionally, when ordering from us, please note that you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please note: the risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are required by law, to disclose the contents of the order on the customs form on the outside of the package. We are also required to state the full value of the merchandise in your order, even if the order is a gift. If the order is a gift, please ask us to mark the package as a gift, and we will do this for you. However, the cost of the order will still be shown on the customs form. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
In many cases you may need to pick up the package from your carrier and pay the customs import charges. These charges will need to be paid by you before the package will be released to you. Please be prepared to pay for these customs taxes when your package arrives.
We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If you decide to refuse a shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to www.blueheavenboutique.com. This amount will be subtracted from your refund when received. You will also be added to our blocked buyer list, as we will no longer accept orders from you.
